PACKING AND HANDLING: All items purchased are subject to boxing and/or crating and handling charges. These charges are determined by many factors – including but not limited to; size, weight, turnaround time and packaging.
SHIPPING: Shipping is freight collect unless otherwise specified. We can also ship using a 3rd party account number with a specified carrier but please note that the above Packing and Handling charges still apply along with any charges (if applicable) incurred for scheduling a pickup with said carrier. All items are FOB Burbank, CA USA with the buyer assuming responsibility for all shipping charges. CINEMILLS (CMC) responsibility ceases upon the delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Any loss or damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and buyers are advised to immediately notify the carrier in writing within 48 hours of any such loss.
RETURNS: We require written notification of any shipping discrepancies within 72 hours of receipt of goods. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) form must be obtained, filled out completely and an RMA number issued before any returns will be accepted. Items under Warranty also require an RMA Form. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items which are not defective in the reasonable judgment of Cinemills.
WEIGHTS & SPECIFICATIONS: CINEMILLS (CMC) has made diligent effort to illustrate and describe the products on its website accurately, however illustrations and descriptions including descriptions of dimensions and weight, are for identification purposes only, and are not warranties that the products will conform to the illustrations or descriptions. Descriptions of output and other performance levels of our product are based on normal use conditions, as well as installation and operation by qualified persons. However, these descriptions are not warranties. Product performance or output may also be affected by state and local regulations on sales, construction, installation and/or use of products. All weights are approximate and have been rounded to the nearest quarter pound if fewer than ten pounds and to the nearest one half pound if over ten pounds.
WARRANTY: CINEMILLS (CMC) products are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Any claim for defective merchandise, imperfect manufacture, shortage in count, or for any other defect known by customer to be existing at the time of delivery is waived by customer unless made in writing within five days after delivery. CINEMILLS (CMC) reserves the right to determine whether the equipment manufactured by CINEMILLS (CMC) is defective or has been damaged due to normal wear and tear. Commodities not manufactured by CINEMILLS (CMC) are subject to the warranty or guarantee set forth by the manufacturer, and then only to the extent CINEMILLS (CMC) is able to enforce the warranty or guarantee.
CUSTOMIZATION: CINEMILLS (CMC) vast stock line of lighting equipment is in white, silver, and the original CINEMILLS (CMC) blue of over 35 years of tradition. We can also fabricate your own personalized lights with your company logo and color. We have done many customize lights for major studios to private owners. This is not just an aesthetic element but can help prevent theft, since it is branded with your logo and color. Not to mention you can keep better track of your units by identifying them more easily.
